Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by EZOFZ.LK ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to the Penal Code search, Sri Lanka Police Directory database, PWA application, and AI Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any local regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

EZOFZ.LK provides tools to help public service officers, legal professionals, and the general public access legal records and simplify office operations.

• B-Report Drafts: Generated reports are templates only and should be checked for grammatical, spelling, and legal accuracy.
• Police Directory: Phone numbers, GPS coordinates, and OIC listings are compiled from publicly available datasets. While we strive to maintain accuracy, changes may occur.
• NIC & Convertor Tools: Data entered into these utilities is processed locally (client-side) for your security.

Certain features require registration. When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials.

You agree not to engage in malicious activities, including:

• Attempting to bypass security systems or scrape data via automated bots.
• Falsely posing as an official police officer or administrative personnel if you are not.
• Uploading malicious payloads, virus-infected PDFs, or scraping database tables.
• Using the AI Legal Assistant to draft misleading, false, or unauthorized court filings.

The design, code, interface text, logo, and brand name of EZOFZ.LK are owned by Ezofz Technology and protected by intellectual property laws.

Public documents, acts, and statutory texts (e.g., the Penal Code of Sri Lanka, official Gazettes) compiled on our website are public domain resources, but our compilation, search system, and formatting remain property of EZOFZ.LK.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezofz Technology, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

• Loss of official records or documentation error.
• Errors in generated B-Reports or incorrect Penal Code sections.
• Server downtime, service interruptions, or network failures.
• Decisions or actions taken by courts, police, or litigants relying on site materials.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided on EZOFZ.LK shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the EZOFZ.LK platform at any time, including updates to pricing (if any), premium access parameters, and layout design, without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
